11. Agent Registration & Responsibilities

SC Galleria offers a referral-based Agent Program for individuals (“Agents”) who wish to introduce potential customers in exchange for a referral incentive.

a. Agent Registration

Anyone interested in becoming an Agent must register through our official channel.
SC Galleria reserves the right to approve or reject any Agent registration request at its sole discretion.
Once approved, Agents will receive access to a unique referral system or designated contact to submit leads.

b. Agent Responsibilities

Agents are only required to submit basic lead information:
- Customer’s Full Name
- Customer’s Contact Information
Agents must not promise or guarantee prices, discounts, vehicle availability, or delivery timelines to the customer.
Agents are expected to act professionally and honestly in representing the SC Galleria brand.

c. Referral Incentive / Commission

Agents will receive a fixed referral fee or minimum commission only upon successful sale or booking confirmation involving the referred customer.
The commission amount and eligibility may vary depending on the vehicle category and current campaign rules.
Payment will be processed after the customer completes the full purchase process, subject to verification and internal approval.
SC Galleria reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time without prior notice.

d. Termination & Misconduct

We reserve the right to terminate an Agent’s status if:

False or misleading information is submitted
Unprofessional behavior is reported
The Agent attempts to interfere with internal pricing, negotiation, or misrepresents SC Galleria

12. Data Privacy (Agent Submissions)

All customer data submitted by Agents will be treated confidentially and used solely for internal sales processing. SC Galleria adheres to Malaysia’s PDPA regulations in handling all personal information.
